The last update of target-platform included some Neon bits in target-platform (because the wrong Eclipse repository was mirrored, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=477221 ). The "maintenance" repo has to be pulled and TPs need to be updated and respun, and all JBT/JBDS builds too.
