We have to make sure that livereload/browsersim/cordovasim are working fine now and there are no any conflicts with other Eclipse features which uses jetty. We also should make sure that having an issue with dependencies in MANIFESTs in incompatible jetty plugins (9.2.10 and 9.2.13) LR will work: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=477385
