[~mickael_istria], you are right, that does work. But honestly, I would expect that the zip files would be self contained. I don't think that if a user wanted to install something from central offline that they would be thrilled to find there is another file to download for it to work. 

The fact that the offline 'version' of central doesn't in fact contain everything needed to install all the items contained is misleading at best.
