The maven artefacts that central wizards like Java EE Web Project uses  are 100% controlled by stacks.yml thus that is updated as soon as JBoss Developer/EAP team adds it.

As far as I can see there are no maven artifacts available for EAP7 yet, nor is EAP7 listed at https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-stacks/blob/1.0.0.Final/stacks.yaml

so the answer to that is No since there is no such maven artifacts nor archetypes available afaik.
