[~vpakan], the main idea is to have .log file deleted before the start of JBDS and not to have reported errors/warnings during the start.

I am not sure how to achieve this, in my environment it is always some errors during the start and work.

Try to have empty workspace.

And if you are testing JBDS from development environment you can try to have only foundation plug-ins installed.
