Had to add another plugin into the JBT site to allow docker.core to be installed, as org.eclipse.linuxtools.docker.core depends on com.spotify.docker.client. JBT PRs updated.

Tested by adding locally built site + http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/4.51.0.Final/REPO/ (to resolve missing deps). Then installed JBT Abridged Category to get the three docker plugins and the rest of JBT 4.3 CR1a.
