Removing the p2.inf from the mirrored update site's content.jar does NOT solve the problem because the instructions are STILL in the feature's p2.inf.

Thus I removed the feature since all it provides is a container into which three plugins live. And, since there's no Docker on Central, we don't need a feature. (We don't need the docker.docs plugin either, but I included it because it was in the feature.)

Re-resolving and re-setting fixversion = CR1
