The user has 2 options:

Run eclipse as root (not that great an option)

Connect to the Docker instance manually - the user can define a custom config and specify the TCP URL displayed by systemctl status docker.service -l (for example: tcp://0.0.0.0:2375) - to connect to the running Docker
