Because of the upstream issue with link widgets that are not clickable (in dialogs only) we started emulating it via StyledText: JBIDE-20092, JBIDE-20361, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=471717

We now should centralize the code that creates those StyledTexts
