AFAIR we create a bug about version range after 9.3.2 was released. So I think having not all jetty bundles will make some pain for us.

Anyway, jetty fix version range in 9.3.4(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=477385), so before that we should follow Eclipse TP updates, after that we can decide which jetty version to use.
