this should raise red lights to anyone reviewing it since:
a) it is mixing a *stable* release with *snapshots*
b) that long/huge url "https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/snapshots/builds/jbosstools-discovery.central_master/latest/all/repo/" is a complete internal detail, should never end up in users p2 list
