JBDSIS 8.0.3.GA has released content and EA content.   This has the same issue as JBTIS-508 in that both update sites were mixed.  The https://devstudio.redhat.com/earlyaccess/8.0/ site should be updated with just the JBDSIS 8.0.3 released URL and the https://devstudio.redhat.com/earlyaccess/8.0/
site with the JBDSIS EA URL.
