The issue is in the Jenkins job configuration of devstudio-product_9.0.mars: Once the build completed and installer zip is created, we call "mvn deploy" a 2nd time on the site in order to publish it to devstudio.redhat.com. As a consequence the site is rebuild, and the unit for product is re-created, with a newer timestamp.
We need to figure out a way to only run the deploy phase, skipping the package part.
