[~ldimaggio] [~jpeterka] Please test eclipse-cs (Checkstyle) 6.5 in JBDS 9.0.0.CR1 immediately and decide whether it works well enough to leave there, or if we need to urgently update Central to include the latest 6.9. 

Need to know by EOD Wed, please.
