The build of org.jboss.tools.wtp.runtimes.tomcat.itests fails because it downloads http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-6/v6.0.39/bin//apache-tomcat-6.0.39.zip
but http://archive.apache.org/ is under maintenance and not available:
