[~ldimaggio], [~mmalina], and [~jrichter1], here are the changes that I have made to the guide:
> 4. Install JBoss Developer Studio BYOE when Online, Step 2: Changed version number to 9.1 GA
> 5. Install JBoss Developer Studio BYOE when Offline, introductory para: Added "Alternatively, you can also use an installer downloaded on your system instead of the Update Site Zip to install JBoss Developer Studio BYOE when Offline."
> 8.2. Build the JBoss Developer Studio Stand-alone Installer from Source: Changed step 3 to "Build the installer by following the instructions in the README.how-to-build-from-sources-zip.txt file." and added "Note: The README.how-to-build-from-sources-zip.txt file is located in the extracted current folder at the highest level." after step 3.
