This started happening to me again. I will need to ask somebody else to try also. But right now I get this problem consistently - when I start cdk with no corresponding docker connection created, it will create one and work. If I restart cdk in servers view, docker connection will fail to work. To make it work, I need to stop cdk, remove the connection and start again.
