Consequently - it was not necessary to respin the devstudio side.  To test the jbosstools side;

   JBoss Central is supported for JBTIS:

      * Install JBoss Tools 4.3.1.Final:
          - install 'JBoss Tools 4.3.1.Final'
            Update site: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/stable/updates/

      * Specify the integration stack discovery artifacts:
        ./eclipse -vmargs \
           -Djboss.discovery.directory.url=http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/staging/updates/integration-stack/discovery/4.3.0.Final/earlyaccess/jbosstools-directory.xml \
           -Djboss.discovery.site.integration-stack.url=http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/staging/updates/integration-stack/discovery/4.3.0.Final \
