Installing from http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/jbosstools/neon/4.4.x.Nightly.html using latest Eclipse Neon M6 on FC23 I couldnt reproduce this. Installation just worked flawlessly.
Same is true when using the [4.3.1.Final update site|http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/jbosstools/mars/4.3.1.Final.html#update_site] which is pointing to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/stable/updates/. Installlation worked flawlessly.
