    Steps to Reproduce: 
# ASSERT: make sure that you have an application running in OpenShift
# ASSERT: make sure that you have properties view opened
# EXEC: select your service in explorer
# EXEC: in Properites: select "Deployments" tab and inspect Misc > Replicas
# ASSERT: replicas is set to "1 current / 1 desired"
# EXEC: in Explorer: pick "Scale > Up" in the context menu of your service
# ASSERT: *bug* (JBIDE-22237): replicas are unchanged
# EXEC: hit "Refresh" in the context menu of your deployment
Result:
nothing happens, the resource doesnt seem to get updated.
