Server tests have been failing on this test:
org.jboss.tools.as.test.core.catalog.CatalogMissingEntriesTest.testMissingEntries (from org.jboss.tools.as.test.core.ASToolsTestSuite)
/schema/dtd/properties.dtd is not found in plugin.xml
/schema/dtd/datatypes.dtd is not found in plugin.xml

Sorry if this has been reported elsewhere, I couldn't find it.
