The PR has bee pushed to master. It will be available in AM3.
Please open a follow-up issue for the progress bar.
It would be good if we can parametrize that extendable installer via command line so it could be used in Development Suite installer in the future to allow users to install Integration Stack via our devsuite installer along with devstudio.
