Current site http://update.zeroturnaround.com/update-site-jboss/ contains 6.4.7.RELEASE so it's possible they were updating the site to remove 6.4.6 when I was staging the bits. Anyway, can't reproduce and the cuurrent site works fine for installing 6.4.7, so closing.
