Problem still occurs after updating to latest eclipse-4.6.0-6.fc24 from http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=793168 :

cd /tmp
yum install koji
koji download-build eclipse-4.6.0-6.fc24 --arch=noarch --arch=x86_64
yum install *.rpm{code}
