So, to put it in a nutshell the situation is the following:
1) on windows *204* tests are skipped. Actually, those tests are also skipped locally, I just was not attentive enough. There is a line in the code which forces those tests to be skipped on windows 64-bit (I do not really know why it was added - need to investigate it)

2) on windows the following tests are failing from time to time:
*org.jboss.tools.vpe.preview.editor.test.editor.RefreshOptionsTest.norefreshTest*
*org.jboss.tools.vpe.preview.editor.test.editor.RefreshOptionsTest.refreshOnSaveTest*
*org.jboss.tools.vpe.preview.editor.test.editor.RefreshOptionsTest.refreshOnSaveTest*

3) on rhel7 the following tests are failing from time to time:
*org.jboss.tools.vpe.preview.editor.test.editor.RefreshOptionsTest.refreshOnSaveTest*
*org.jboss.tools.vpe.preview.editor.test.editor.RefreshOptionsTest.refreshOnSaveTest*

[~rawagner], could you please take a look at the failing tests ? If we will not be able to find out why those are failing till 31st of August I would suggest just to skip it. Also, I will take a look on why it was decided to skip vpe tests on Windows 64 bit. Sounds like a plan ?
