I gave it a spin on my RHEL 7.2 VM - added the rh-eclipse46 repo, downloaded the devstudio rpm and yum installed the rpm.

Everything installs nicely, but eclipse won't start. Log is attached. Eclipse alone without the devstudio part worked for me btw.
