    Workaround Description: 
either or both do:
    
- install jboss tools directy via marketplace
    
- when notified that installation cant follow as wished and alternatives are required to use "keep installation" which will upgrade "code recommends for mylin and java development" instead of "update installation" which would unsinstall the both mentioned plugins
