it is bundled with our products, but Virtualbox and Vagrant are still downloaded. 

Button text should probably always be 'Install' and components in list should indicate in some way that they are going to be downloaded.

> The bundled and online installer both have a button when selecting components that says "Download & Install" and the next screen shows the current step in the process at the top of the installer screen as "Download & Install" as well.
