Unfortunately I don't have eclipse log and it is not 100 % reproducible. It was happening in cases, when creation of a project took a longer time and in meantime it was not displayed under a connection and even not propagated in the wizard. So it's very unlikely to reproduce it in some reasonable way :-/ Next day, after I reported this issue, it was back to normal and since then I did not spot this issue anymore.
