At http://tools.jboss.org/documentation/whatsnew/jbosstools/4.3.1.Beta2.html it makes sense to have it from the newest one to older, because it load different content and there are no 2 versions shown at the same time. You have either Beta1 or Beta2 features in the middle. Not both. That's the reason why it looks strange in documentation where it is one continuous text.
