[~mlabuda] Are you able to confirm if the build you tested was at least https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-openshift_4.3.mars/167 which included the PR for JBIDE-21457?  Can you provide additional steps or a screen cast demonstrating the behavior as I'm still unable to reproduce.
