After demo, OpenShift UXD suggested to review the icon set used to be consistent with the webconsole.  The patternfly images used can be extracted by:

* load https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/blob/master/PatternFlyIcons-webfont.json as a project in  https://icomoon.io/app
* export svgs. 

We may need to ultimately convert to PNG.  Not sure if we can load SVG in the tooling.
