[~scabanovich] I like the idea of the checkbox being checked in case the user wont select a specific route. But to me such a checkbox would get labeled "Use default route". The route that he can select would then be labeled "Route" (dont think that we should have "Select Route").
I also like the 2 lines layout where the checkbox is on the 1st and the user selectable route is on the 2nd. This matches what we already have for the clone destination when importing an application from OpenShift v3 (and other places of the tooling and also Eclipse platform):
