Job jbosstools-composite-install_4.3.mars is marked as disabled and also component jobs such as http://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-openshift_4.3.mars/ and others are disabled. There was no build since 2015-12-16. Maybe it was disabled as a consequence/side effect of JBIDE-21145.
