Not reported upstream yet because it was after 2pm on Dec 24 and I needed to get to Xmas'ing. That's why I assigned this to me so I could report it upstream (and hopefully NOT be ignored like the other issues I reported upstream in Platform and WTP).

Re: 'bogus' you need to look at the 'excellent' detailed report, which shows the 'radical' version decrease AND includes a tooltip for more info when you cursor over the red boxes:
