100% valid point -- in this case more was required than just turning on the jobs. Though you can also EDIT job configs yourself, my script makes it way less painful and time-consuming, so yeah, a JIRA was the correct approach here.

There was no build since 2015-12-16. Maybe it was disabled as a consequence/side effect of JBIDE-21145.
