Soon is this week or next week. We don't know exactly yet, so I will update you when it's ready. We thought it's not worth including 1.0.0 now only to replace it with 1.0.1 a week or two later. The goal is to make it in time for Beta2 TP codefreeze.

I think that the coretests repo could work for us. (For Beta2, we're talking about mars, not neon. But we'll likely want master, too.) 
We do have the coretests repo set up in our pom: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-integration-tests/blob/jbosstools-4.3.x/pom.xml
So it will work for running tests via maven+tycho.
[~rawagner], is that correct, or is there some reason why we need it in the core TP?
