[~nickboldt], I have created a p2.inf file with update descriptor advice for org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.nodejs.feature - https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/63997/
I guess this will be enough to indicate that *org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.nodejs.feature* is an update of the *org.jboss.tools.jst.js.feature*
