We might not be able to include this anyway since it appears to have GPL licensed code in there. For example, look in jbosstools-locus/plugins/org.jboss.tools.locus.jaxb-xjc/2.2.7/target/dependency/com/sun/tools/xjc/runtime/JAXBContextFactory.java_ after building the project and you'll see:
