The latest JBDSIS TP can be found here:

Yes - I'll pick up the latest JBDS 9.1 TP when it's available.  Also - the fuseide tooling has been updated to use the latest JBTIS TP using the latest Locus so I think we can move Locus from -SNAPSHOT to release.
