[~jcantrill], now in the branch handler org.jboss.tools.openshift.internal.ui.handler.DeleteResourceHandler remains mapped to command org.eclipse.ui.edit.delete and is active for com.openshift.restclient.model.IResource - all as in master; the corresponding menu item is changed to  be visible for org.jboss.tools.openshift.internal.ui.models.IResourceUIModel and mapped to command org.jboss.tools.openshift.ui.command.resource.delete which is not mapped to a handler. Can handler and menu item be mapped to command org.eclipse.ui.edit.delete as JBIDE-20603 intended? Then the handler also should be active for org.jboss.tools.openshift.internal.ui.models.IResourceUIModel.
