-----------------------------------------------------------

Bonus! Due to changes in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3566 to add AERI to JBT/JBDS TP, org.apache.commons.lang3 3.1.0.v201403281430 has been dragged into both our JBT/JBDS 4.50.x and 4.52.x TPs. PR: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-target-platforms/pull/189/files

So, you can get it into JBTIS/JBDSIS from there.

But, if we need it in Locus too, I can also update the version of Orbit used in Locus, as long as it doesn't break any older IUs.

Throw me a PR?
