   is pulling in  <unit id="org.eclipse.equinox.server.core.feature.group" version="1.3.101.v20151214-1617"/> which requires
   org.eclipse.osgi [3.10.102.v20151214-1617] but the same target file is also pulling in

   <!-- have to manually update this one if more than one version exists in SimRel mirror -->
