I've created simple job which runs one CDI integration-test against pull requests 
Job can be found here https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/view/Developer%20Studio%20Nightly/job/cdi11.prcheck/

Here is a sample PR for CDI https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-javaee/pull/402 which successfully triggered job mentioned above.

However Im not sure why unit tests job wasnt triggered https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/view/DevStudio-Pull-Requests/job/jbosstools-javaee-Pull-Request/

[~mickael_istria] any ideas ?
