    Steps to Reproduce: 
ASSERT: Have an OpenShift 2 application with a project in workspace and server adapter in Servers view.
EXEC: Open context menu of the server adapter and select item OpenShift - Tail Files...

RESULT: Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT: Tail Files shell is opened.
