I tried this issue on Fedora 24 on devstudio Version: 10.0.1.AM2, Build id: AM2-v20160720-1632-B5674. 

As [~fbricon] mentioned, using env. variable SWT_WEBKIT2=1 is unnecessary for fedora 24 with devstudio 10 and above. But Central still crashes with the same exception when SWT_WEBKIT2=1 is set.
