PR was updated and merged to master. Important notes:
- GTK 3 is used for vpv + jst angularjs tests / vpe tests are built against gtk 2
- both centralci and main vpe jenkins are built against RHEL 7 now. Previously main vpe jenkins use RHEL 6 slaves
