going to add 3 fields enabled/visible upon a checkbox selection labelled "Deploy to registry". These fields will be used to provide the target registry URL and the credentials to authenticate.
At the end of the wizard (when the user clicks on "Finish"), a job will be kick. This job will use the Docker tooling API to push to the configured registry.
