The new test is here:
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-server/blob/master/as/tests/org.jboss.tools.as.test.core/src/org/jboss/tools/as/test/core/parametized/server/publishing/defect/PerModuleZipTest.java

It seems it tests different scenarios that were added in JBIDE-22157 .
And the test is passing here in master:
