Trivial solution: embed a zip instead of a .7z in the sfx exe: https://github.com/redhat-developer-tooling/developer-platform-install/pull/201

Build looks fine, zip can be unpacked on linux and the contained jbds.jar launches fine.

HOWEVER, the .exe on windows now does this:
